seller was quick to communicate and answer questions. it comes with the manufacturer's warranty, new in the box. It came faster than the original shipping time estimate. I wanted a light, laptop touch screen, and I realized. has a cd/dvd drive, but I have an external one for $ 30. Windows 8.1 has a learning curve, but Windows is 10, so I'm going to update. pleased with my new laptop. I especially like the ability to 360.
