This is a pretty good computer, I had no problem with it since I bought it. the only thing that I didn't know if you need a different headset for voice recognition programs based. the pre-installed microphone does not filter out background noise, so it is virtually impossible to use the speech program pre-installed. I am grateful that I have Dragon Naturally Speaking. but overall the computer works very well
